Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Central Phoenix who is in search of an administrative assistant to join their office on a full time basis. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite. The salary range is between $45,000-$50,000.

This is a key support role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and helping our office run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with data entry and light bookkeeping tasks
  • Support various departments with administrative needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
