Licensed Integrated BH Program Manager (Hybrid)
Location: San Jose, CA | Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: LCSW - $98K - $11K DOE | Psychologist - $123K - $140K DOE

We’re seeking a Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Program Manager to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) who thrives in both leadership and clinical settings. You’ll split your time between providing brief, client-centered therapy and managing a small, collaborative team of clinicians, associates, and case managers—all while partnering closely with our onsite PMHNP.
This is a working manager role where your expertise in brief therapy and supervision directly supports client outcomes and team development.

What You’ll Do:
Clinical Management (50%)
- Supervise a team of 4–6 staff, including licensed/associate clinicians and a case manager
 - Provide clinical supervision (individual and group)
 - Monitor quality of care, documentation standards, and productivity metrics
 - Collaborate with leadership and participate in audits, reporting, and strategy planning
 - Help guide integrated program delivery and community engagement efforts
 
Direct Service (50%)
- Provide brief, culturally responsive therapy in a primary care setting
 - Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with medical and behavioral health staff
 - Conduct assessments and deliver care coordination as part of an integrated team
 - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review
 
What You Bring:
- LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in California
 - Minimum 4 years of post-licensure clinical experience, including brief therapy models
 - At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience (can include clinical supervision)
 - Confident in supervising licensed and unlicensed clinicians
 - Experience in integrated care or primary care settings preferred
 - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and documentation skills
