Apartment Maintenance Lead at Integra Staffing Inc

Position: Lead Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified) Pay: $26–$28/hr (On Temp Basis. Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician with HVAC or EPA Universal certification to supervise maintenance operations at a thriving apartment community. You'll lead a maintenance team, ensure property upkeep, and deliver exceptional service to residents. Responsibilities: Supervise and perform maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair Lead and coordinate maintenance staff, assign work orders, and ensure timely completion Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations Maintain property maintenance records and communicate with property management Use property management and maintenance software (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a lead maintenance technician, maintenance supervisor, or similar role in the apartment industry HVAC or EPA Universal certification required Must provide own basic hand tools and gauges Khaki pants or blue jeans and solid color shirt required Two forms of ID required for employment Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
