Appliance Repair Technician (Commercial & Residential)

Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to join a growing service team. The ideal candidate has experience working on both commercial kitchen equipment and residential appliances, and takes pride in diagnosing issues, performing quality repairs, and helping customers make informed decisions.

This position involves service, repair, and quoting—not just installation. Technicians should feel comfortable communicating directly with customers, explaining repair options, and generating quotes on site. The business mix is approximately 90% COD and 10% warranty, so strong customer service and follow-through are essential.

Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday–Friday - Minimal weekend or on-call work
Tight, efficient routes in Temecula, Perris, Moreno Valley, and surrounding areas
Consistent year-round work—no seasonal slowdowns

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in appliance repair—both commercial and residential preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across multiple appliance types
Understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing principles
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional communication and customer service skills
Dependable, honest, and able to work independently in the field
Sales-minded—comfortable providing quotes and explaining repair options
