PositionSummary: Our outbound Appointment Setter isresponsible for speaking with potential customers regarding theirproduct needs and scheduling the customer for an in-home salesconsultation.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls for customerleads generated from the canvassingteam.
Review informationprovided by customers to confirm accuracy, and determineavailability for in-home salesconsultation.
Overcomeobjections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost,etc. to schedule sales consultation as soon aspossible.
De-escalate thecall where appropriate and provide solutions that leave thecustomer satisfied with theresolution
Exceed customerservice expectations by providing an outstanding experience toevery potentialcustomer
Adhere to scheduleswhile maintaining an acceptable level of service, customersatisfaction andquality
Promote teamworkthrough consistency, reliability, and groupcohesiveness
Must hold avalid driver'slicense.
Performs otherduties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and MinimumQualifications:
High School Diploma orequivalent.
Must possesseffective verbal and written communication skills and otherweb-based programs
Mustpossess multi-tasking proficiency in ability to type while speakingto customers
Ability to workindependently as well as in a teamenvironment
Must becustomer-oriented and able to effectively trouble shoot and resolvecustomer questions andconcerns
Ability to adapt tonew situations and learnquickly
High level offlexibility in a constantly changingenvironment
Ability to makedecisions quickly by balancing company guidelines and customerneeds
High degree ofdependability, motivation, andflexibility
Proficiencyusing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Project, and/orAccess).
Must be legallyauthorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorshipfor employment visa status (e.g., H1Bstatus).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, orCertifications:
Previous experience in a dynamic callcenter or customer servicerole
Home Improvementknowledge and or experience
TravelRequirements:

May be requested to work overtime onevenings and weekends dependent on businessneeds.
