AR Specialist Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee our accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely invoicing and payment processing while maintaining positive customer relations and accurate financial reporting. This role is essential in supporting our financial operations and improving cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Process payments and ensure accurate allocation to respective accounts.
Manage collections for overdue payments and follow up with clients.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable and collections.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with clients.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve invoicing and collection processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role.
Strong skills in invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
