Automotive Arbitration Specialist (Hybrid – Euless, TX)
Schedule: Hybrid | Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday–Thursday
(Initial training may require full in-office attendance for the first few weeks.)
Overview:
Seeking an Automotive Arbitration Specialist to handle vehicle-related complaints and facilitate fair resolutions between buyers and sellers. This role involves reviewing claims, inspecting vehicles, and applying company and industry guidelines to ensure smooth post-sale processes.
Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate vehicle condition complaints.
- Inspect vehicles as needed to assess potential repairs.
- Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers and negotiate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate case records and follow established policies.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to support arbitration and inspection processes.
- Assist with post-sale issues such as title, mileage, or damage concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of automotive, mechanical, or body shop experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of arbitration or vehicle laws a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
