Role Overview
The Sr. Architect will define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for client's initiatives. This role requires a mix of technical acumen, business insight, and leadership to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that enhance the employee and operational experience.

- Building a new portal, migration from PeopleSoft to Service Now.
- Looking for a Product Owner/Architect with mid-range experience, 5-8 years of experience.

Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Technical Architect, or Product Manager within ServiceNow HR or ITSM environments.
- Proven experience leading portal design and development, including migration projects (e.g., PeopleSoft to ServiceNow).
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and platform customization.
- Solid understanding of Workday and third-party integrations to ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a strong personality capable of driving discussions and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
