Area Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Area Manager or Multi-unit leadership experience (6+ locations)
  • Experience leading a team with integrity and accountability
  • Must be able to travel 30%-40% within the state of FL
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
  • Must be ServSafe Manager Certified
