Overview:
Join our team at Good GuardSecurity as an Armed Security Officer and play a vital role insafeguarding our clients' premises. We are seeking individuals withexceptional conflict management skills, a commitment to safety, anda strong sense of responsibility.
(PriorPolice or Military Experience Required)
Duties:
1. Access Control: Monitor and manageaccess points to ensure only authorized individuals enter thepremises.
2. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols,utilize CCTV systems, and maintain vigilant surveillance to detectand deter suspicious activities.
3. Emergency Response:Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and securityincidents following established protocols to ensure the safety ofall individuals on-site.
4. Incident Reporting: Documentand report all incidents, accidents, or security breachesaccurately and in a timely manner.
5. Collaboration:Coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergencyservices when required.
6. Maintain Order: Enforcesecurity protocols, rules, and regulations to uphold order andcreate a secure environment.
7. Communication: Maintainclear and efficient communication with the security team,supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.
8. Training:Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated onsecurity procedures and industry best practices.
9.Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to company policies,procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Experience:
- Possession of Conflict Managementcertification is preferred.
- First aid, CPR, ormilitary training is advantageous.
- Prior experience inlaw enforcement, surveillance, loss prevention, or related fieldsis beneficial.
