Assembler Position Summary:

Shift: 7:00AM- 3:30PM Mon- Fri

The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts and other components into small or light sub-assemblies and complete units.

Assembler Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
  • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Hand tools and small power tools are used to assemble units.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Assembler Experience and/or Education:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate);
  • Require 1+ year of related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using hand tools and small power tools

Assembler Essential Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an assembly role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Dependability is a must; must adhere to company attendance policy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong quality and efficiency standards
  • Ability to work both as a team or individually
