Assembler at Talent Strategy

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Comstock Park, MI

Schedule: 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $17/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble HVAC units, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform basic testing of HVAC assemblies as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report any defective parts, assembly issues, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or HVAC experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates).
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working with tools and mechanical parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
