Location: Duluth, GA 30096

Pay: $24/hr (Weekly pay + Overtime)

Contract: 12 months (Potential for extension or permanent hire)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Our client is a global communications company dedicated to connecting people and organizations worldwide. For more than 35 years, they have helped shape communication for consumers, businesses, governments, and military organizations. They are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join their manufacturing team and contribute to the assembly and integration of large antenna systems.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Assembler to join our onsite team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will use your mechanical skills to assemble and integrate antenna components, collaborate with team members, and support production goals. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure adherence to documentation, procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and integrate mechanical components and assemblies for large antenna systems
• Use hand and power tools, as well as light equipment, to perform assembly tasks
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Assist with moving equipment and integrating finished assemblies into larger systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience; preferably working with large mechanical parts – motors bearings, gear etc
• Professional or personal experience using drills, impact drivers, or similar tools
• Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings and detailed instructions
• Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Ability to install components such as bearings, gears, and motors
• General computer knowledge for tracking production tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime
• Proficiency with Oracle or similar systems
• Experience operating light machinery
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (required for government work)
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and standard background check
