• Starting Pay: $17/hour with guaranteed $1/hour increases every 6 months until you reach $20/hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM (4 days × 10 hours) with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate machines and tools to assemble outdoor power equipment.
• Use hand and power tools for various assembly tasks.
• Follow standard work procedures and meet daily production goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and help in other areas when needed.
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and communicate effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for up to 10 hours/day.
  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and detail-focused.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills.

• Additional Requirements:

  • Wear required PPE (including steel-toed boots/shoes).
  • Follow all safety and work practice guidelines.
