Position: Assembly Associate
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(With possible OT on Fridays)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies with a strong focus on quality
Follow Operation Sheets and perform total quality checks throughout the process
Flex between workstations and assist teammates as needed to meet goals
Maintain production pace (takt time) after certification in operations
Replenish Kanban inventory bins as needed
Use tools and equipment in accordance with safety and ergonomic standards
Read and follow assembly drawings and written/verbal instructions
Support and collaborate with team leads and co-workers to ensure smooth workflow
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required to earn 12+ certifications)
Ability to meet expectations of our Certification Guidelines and Flex Training Program
Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the day
Use of PPE and audiometric testing may be required
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
