Assembly Operator - Mayville, WI at ABR Employment Services

ABR Employment is seeking dependable Assembly Operators to join a reputable manufacturing team in Mayville, WI. This position offers consistent daytime hours in a clean, team-oriented environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants steady, long-term employment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate small assembly and bindery-style equipment
• Perform hand assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Inspect and prepare finished parts for shipping or further processing
• Maintain production goals and accurate records of completed work
• Assist in training new employees as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred but not required
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
