Job Description:


Here at Andrews Fixture, we are making much more than just cabinets. We are helping individuals grow, increase their skillset, build confidence in their work, and provide an excellent work/life balance. An assembly team member will spend their day reading production plans, assembling cabinets, building drawer boxes, installing cabinet fronts, and helping ensure that we complete and ship out orders on time. The cabinet assembler will also learn custom cabinet skills from our Master Cabinet Maker on custom projects.

- Keeping a clean workstation and restocking inventory as needed at the build stations.




Responsibilities:


- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
