Abundant Solutions is now hiring Assembly Technicians in Arizona.

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with small components in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be part of a team responsible for assembling high-quality, custom-built systems used in critical infrastructure across multiple industries.

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

Schedule: Monday- Friday

(Must be able to work Overtime and Weekends when its need it)

Pay: $18 (plus Depends on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Assemble complex wiring and cabling components according to work instructions and schematics
Operate basic hand tools and precision equipment to complete assembly tasks
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with safety and quality guidelines
Accurately document production activities and quality checks
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Assist with packaging, labeling, and inventory preparation for outgoing products

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1+ year of experience in light manufacturing, assembly, or electronics (preferred)
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams, instructions, or blueprints
Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused production environment
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
