Assembly Technician at HOIST FITNESS SYSTEM

Job Title: Assembly Technician – Warehouse

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products using both pneumatic and handheld tools, following established procedures, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently using pneumatic and handheld tools.
• Follow company procedures, blueprints, and directives to meet quality standards.
• Operate a forklift safely (Forklift certification required).
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment used in the assembly process.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification.
• Experience using pneumatic and handheld tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Regular and Predictable Attendance
