Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a full-time clinical practice in the Emergency Department at JPS
- Assist in the day-to-day oversight of Emergency Department operations
- Drive quality improvement, enhance patient satisfaction, and optimize productivity
- Participate actively in hospital committees and leadership meetings

Position Requirements:
- Board certified in emergency medicine (ABEM/ABOEM)
- Completed an accredited EM residency
- Prior leadership experience (ideally as Associate or Assistant Medical Director)
- Demonstrated commitment to residency education in emergency medicine
- Ideal candidates will have solid emergency medicine experience
