The Assistant Executive Director supports the Executive Director with the day-to-day operations of our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As a hands-on collaborative Assistant Administrator in a vibrant community, you will ensure successful delivery of Belmont Village's signature high standards of operation. Prior supervisory or management experience as an in a large senior living, CCRC or Skilled Nursing Facility is required. Supported by your Executive Director along with our experienced Regional and Corporate teams, you’ll help cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the community operations as assigned ensuring ongoing compliance with state regulations and company policies

  • Supports recruitment and retention efforts through demonstrated leadership of the mission, vision, and core values of Belmont Village Senior Living fostering a team oriented culture consistent with company standards

  • Supports the community sales and marketing process to achieve or exceed established occupancy goals

  • Maintains positive relationships with residents, family members, professional referral sources, community partners and regulatory officials to promote a high degree of satisfaction

  • Provides input for the community operations budget and helps to meet or exceed established goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Florida CORE certification, Healthcare Administrator license in accordance with state regulatory requirements strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements as they relate to licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care communities and the ability to lead and operate within these guidelines

  • Proven success managing a senior living community budget including labor, expenses and capital expenditures

  • Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, CCRC

  • Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24 hour operation

  • Must be technologically adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use software and computer systems relevant to this position

  • Must be comfortable learning and adapting to new software tools and platforms as required

  • Requires availability for 24/7 on-call support, including prompt responsiveness to urgent situations while ensuring operational needs are met

  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

  • Must successfully complete based on state and company requirements:

          -TB skin test or chest x-ray

          -State fingerprint and FBI background check

          -Health screening for this position

          -Basic First Aid training

          -Drug test
