- Annual volume: 54,000
- Medium to high acuity
- TeamHealth also manages the HM and ICU departments, ensuring good integration
- 40 ED beds
- Admission rate: 12-15%
- New ED leadership
- Support the facility medical director in overseeing the clinical operations of the emergency department
- Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
- Mentor and support emergency department staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in scheduling and other administrative duties as needed
