Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise aquatic staff
Oversee pool operations, water safety, and equipment maintenance
Manage swim meets, calendars, contracts, and timing systems (CTS, Hytek)
Ensure policy compliance and community programming
Develop and audit department budgets
Coordinate schedules, events, and public engagement
Participate in leadership duties, events, and operations support
- Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience
- Current Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid/Oxygen Certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Experience with timing systems (Hytek, CTS Gen 7)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and operations experience
Water Safety Instructor
USA Swimming/ASCA Certification
Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor
Experience with event administration & scoreboard operations
