Compensation: $20–$22/hour (Hourly Employee)

About the Role:
AmericInn by Wyndham Wabasha is looking for a friendly, dependable Assistant General Manager to join our close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and wants to help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Support daily hotel operations alongside the General Manager
Lead by example—helping and guiding team members in front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every stay is comfortable and memorable
Keep things running smoothly by helping with scheduling, training, and basic financial reporting
Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment throughout the property
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality/hotel management experience
Strong people skills and a team-first attitude
Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in where needed
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
