We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team and help drive the daily success of a vibrant, high-volume hospitality concept. Working closely with the General Manager, the AGM will oversee daily operations, team development, and financial performance, ensuring service standards remain exceptional. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in mentoring teams, managing details, and fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.

• 2+ years of restaurant, café, or hospitality management experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong background in guest service, with a commitment to excellence and professionalism
• Financial acumen, including experience managing labor, sales, and cost of goods
• Hands-on, organized, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced service environment
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
• Passion for hospitality, quality food, and fostering a positive work culture

• Ability to oversee and support daily operations, serving as Manager on Duty as needed
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery
• Experience managing schedules, training, and staff performance
• Knowledge of inventory, food and beverage operations, and merchandising standards
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
