Position Responsibilities:
The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin Brower
As a Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouse
You will provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagement
You will achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L development
You will solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committees
You will present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvements
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
