We're seeking an Assistant Manager of Customer Experience who leads with heart, strengthens family relationships, and ensures every parent and swimmer feels supported, informed, and confident.

What You'll Do
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience & Build Community
- Ensure every family interaction reflects our values: Safety, Trust, Growth, Community, and Professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with families before, during, and after lessons.
- Build relationships through proactive support and thoughtful follow-up.
- Plan birthdays, events, and community touchpoints that connect families to the Aqua Duks experience.
- Support local partnerships and fundraising efforts that strengthen community impact.
- Lead the Front Desk Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor front desk staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee scheduling, registration, and billing accuracy.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team thrive.
- Oversee Systems & Operations
- Manage tuition, billing, credits, and discounts with transparency and accuracy.
- Track KPIs tied to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate smoothly between front desk, instructors, and leadership.
- Manage retail inventory and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming facility.
Who You Are
- Experienced in customer service, operations, or team leadership (education or family-focused a plus).
- Strong communicator and coach who leads by example.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Approachable and people-focused-you love building trust and systems that work.
