Assistant Store Manager – Restaurant / Hospitality

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience (hospitality, food service, or retail)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience managing staff, inventory, food safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • POS and basic computer skills

Must Haves
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings to align team goals
  • Oversee front-of-house operations and guest service
  • Ensure health, safety, and food handling compliance
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll accuracy
  • Support training, feedback, and development for team members

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in QSR or fast casual dining
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms and online ordering
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Passion for food service and hospitality leadership
