Assistant Manager at Goodwin Recruiting
Job Description
Job Description
Ready to level up your hospitality career? A new fast casual concept is launching in Addison in early 2026, and we’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Assistant Manager to help build something special from the ground up.
This isn’t a plug-and-play gig. You’ll train for 10–12 weeks at our McKinney location to master every detail of our menu, operations, and guest experience. By the time the Addison store opens, you’ll be a certified expert—and a key player in shaping the team and culture.
- Lead by example in service, food quality, and team culture
- Train, coach, and cross-train staff to deliver consistent excellence
- Own inventory, vendor relationships, and daily operations
- Be the go-to problem solver and keep things running smoothly
- Jump into any role when needed—no task too small, no challenge too big
- 2+ years in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership presence and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to work hard, learn fast, and grow with the brand
- Able to commute to McKinney for training and Addison for launch
- Comfortable working nights and weekends
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 based on experience
- PTO: 1 week every 6 months
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems
- Have Food Manager and TABC certifications (or are willing to get them)
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems on the fly
This is a rare chance to help launch a new concept with high standards and serious potential. If you’re hungry to lead, learn, and leave your mark—apply now.
