These clinics are central to our students’ training, research, and community outreach efforts. The chosen candidate will have the exciting opportunity to develop and lead a new specialty clinic, customized to their expertise and aligned with our mission to promote mental health across diverse school and community settings.
Hofstra University is located on Long Island in close proximity to New York City (25 miles east of Manhattan), with its wealth of business, entertainment, and cultural opportunities. Preference will be given to candidates with training in school and community psychology. Experience in community-based programming and prevention is preferred. We strongly encourage applicants with historically underrepresented identities to apply.
