• 3–5 years of experience in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Ground-up multifamily and/or commercial construction experience
• Background in general contracting or owner-builder environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

• Support project manager and superintendent with job site operations
• Handle subcontractor change orders and contract scope documentation
• Manage procurement logs and ensure timely material delivery
• Participate in coordination meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, permit tracking, and project documentation
• Contribute to close-out processes, project reports, and schedule planning

• Strong communicator with experience managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with look-ahead schedules and project forecasting
• Field-ready mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with tenant improvements or historic renovation projects
• Self-driven team player with a solution-oriented mindset
