Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support project management activities for various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, assisting in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Help in preparing and managing project budgets and financial reports.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
