About the Opportunity
PACS North Bay Region is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Regional Director of Clinical Services (ARDCS) to provide regional clinical leadership and support across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Northern California.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs that support nursing best practices.
 - Ensure facilities meet state, federal, and CMS survey regulations.
 - Lead initiatives in infection prevention, control, and immunization programs.
 - Partner with DONs and Administrators on Plans of Correction (POC) and Allegations of Compliance (AOC).
 - Mentor MDS Coordinators on PDPM accuracy, RAC audits, and 5-Star metric improvement.
 - Lead regional DON and MDS meetings focused on education, performance, and compliance.
 - Provide interim DON support as needed to maintain clinical continuity.
 - Contribute to risk management, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
 
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
 - BSN required; MSN preferred
 - Experience in regional or corporate nursing leadership
 - Strong knowledge of survey readiness, infection control, and risk management
 - MDS certification and PointClickCare (PCC) proficiency preferred
 - Excellent communication, analytical, and mentoring skills
 - Willingness to travel regularly across the North Bay and Sacramento regions
