We’re looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to help lead two of Malibu’s most exciting concepts.

Pitabu is a chef-driven, kosher Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant located on the PCH across from the Malibu Pier. We serve fresh, healthy, flavor-packed “fast” food rooted in Tel Aviv’s vibrant culinary scene.

Paparazzi’s is our new counter-service, chef-driven pizza restaurant in Point Dume. Still in soft opening, it’s already selling out daily and becoming a go-to spot for Malibu locals.

The Role

We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to support both locations in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining smooth daily operations. You’ll be hands-on with team leadership, service execution, and upholding brand standards across both restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Support the Owners in daily operations at both Pitabu and Paparazzi’s

• Lead by example with service, speed, and hospitality

• Train, coach, and motivate staff to uphold standards

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and flow during service

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and labor efficiency

• Help create a positive and professional team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant management or shift-lead experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments

• Reliable transportation (you’ll move between our Malibu locations)
