*What you’ll do*
* Assist in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development.
* Support the lead teacher in managing classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
* Foster strong communication with students, parents, and staff to build a supportive community.
* Help monitor student progress and provide individualized support to children with special needs or disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum.
* Participate in curriculum development that aligns with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education.
* Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among students.
* Engage in daily activities such as toddler care, daycare routines, and classroom management tasks.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for effective teaching practices.
*Basic qualifications*
* Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
*Preferred qualifications*
* Familiarity with Montessori methods or preschool education practices.
* Knowledge of literacy education techniques and math instruction for young learners.
* Previous experience in private schools or daycare environments is a plus.
