Mona Shah & Partners Global (MSP Global) is a firm specializing in business investment immigration, particularly the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We have a large and diverse client base representing individual, institutional, and corporate clients around the globe. We use our expertise in structuring, configuring, and preparing EB-5 projects, Direct Entrepreneur projects as well as the I-526 Source of Funds memorandum. We are seeking a candidate for the position of Associate Attorney to assist in business immigration. The preferred candidate must be detail-oriented, be prepared to tackle EB-5 compliance issues, immigration, and regulatory issues. The ability to independently research is essential. We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a small collaborative environment. Business Immigration experience is a plus.

- Drafting corporate documents
- Staying abreast of industry changes
- Research and analysis
- Writing blog posts
- Drafting request for evidence, notice of intent to deny, and motions for USCIS
- Sourcing funds (forensic accounting)
- Client interaction (especially high net worth individuals as well as developers)
- Handling of E-2 (non-immigrant entrepreneur investment), L-1 (intra company) and O-1 (extraordinary ability) immigration cases
- Occasional travel
- Occasional podcasting and marketing contributions
