About the Role:
A respected Atlanta law firm is seeking a motivated and driven Associate Attorney to join their team. This role requires a proactive and assertive individual who can work independently while being an effective team player. The ideal candidate will have strong client communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a desire to excel in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming communications promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain organization of a high volume of HOA/CA collection matters.

• Accurately and timely review pleadings, motions, and complaints.

• Correspond professionally with homeowners and clients.

• Manage and calendar a high volume of case deadlines.

• Communicate and negotiate effectively with property owners.

• Support paralegal staff as needed.

• Draft, review, and revise association governing documents, CC&Rs, bylaws, and other regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Law Degree and admission to the Georgia Bar (required).

• High proficiency with technology, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with IManage is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with a high standard of professional excellence.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.

• Experience in community association collections is a plus.

• Familiarity with Pacer, Odyssey eFileGA, PeachCourt, and other electronic filing systems.

• 3+ years of collection experience.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Adaptable to changing priorities.
