Associate Attorney
Starting Salary: $140,000 - $190,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services, represent clients in various legal matters, and support the firms litigation in complex litigation cases surrounding Insurance Coverage, Fraud Litigation, IP Disputes, Product Liability and Toxic torts, Class Actions and Civil Rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documents including briefs, contracts, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
- Represent clients in court and during negotiations
- Manage case files and client communications
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various issues including contract law and regulatory compliance
- Participate in strategy meetings and collaborate with senior attorneys on case management
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Advocate for clients' interests in a professional and ethical manner
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, contract law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of criminal law, civil law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Proven negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client representation
