                                Join a respected, family-run Austin firm and accelerate your career working directly with Board-Certified Family Law Specialist James W. Evans (“Jimmy”), a leader in Texas family law since 1995. Evans Family Law Group is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to take on meaningful responsibility, sharpen trial skills, and grow under hands-on mentorship.

What you’ll do
* Lead client intake and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism
* Prepare witnesses and develop persuasive testimony strategies
* Conduct case research and draft sophisticated pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents
* Drive mediation and trial preparation, including factual and legal strategy
* Attend hearings to gain valuable courtroom skills
* Attend depositions and mediations to assist the lead attorney and support clients
* Leverage legal technology to manage workflow and improve client service
Who we’re looking for
* 2+ years practicing law in Texas (Austin preferred)
* Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (preferred)
* Familiarity litigation process and a strong interest in courtroom advocacy
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and trustworthy
* A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow under mentorship
