Associate Attorney at Frankovitch Anetakis Simon Decapio & Pearl LLP

We are seeking a full-time associate in our Weirton office to begin working and taking cases immediately. The position will involve work in a wide array of legal issues including personal injury litigation, corporate transactions, real estate, and oil and gas. Experience in domestic relations/family law is a plus.*Position Qualifications* :* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Detail oriented problem-solver with ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.* Experience with legal research and drafting litigation pleadings, discovery and legal memoranda.*Position Requirements* :* Strong academic background.* West Virginia bar license (or to be admitted within a year of being hired).* Ohio and Pennsylvania bar licenses as well are preferred or ability to get reciprocity.* Able and willing to work daily in the Weirton, WV office.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Westlaw.*Application Instructions* :Interested candidates must submit a cover letter and resume.
