Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California
- 2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation in CA, including discovery and motion practice
- Trial and trial preparation experience is ideal
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team
- Exposure to FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, and related employment law matters is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation
- Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services
- Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $155,000 – $250,000, as determined by experience and market factors
- Bonus eligibility
