We are looking for one associate with enough experience to work independently on aggressively litigated cases with potential high exposure, and one associate with one to three years of experience willing to learn and take on more responsibility. Experience with handling employment litigation would be highly valued. Candidates must have excellent work ethic, high-level legal research and writing skills, and be positive and productive.

*Responsibilities*
* Case Management
* Preparation of motions oppositions, replies, and other court pleadings.
* Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses.
* Prepare/Respond to written discovery.
* Assessment of damages claims.
* Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
* Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
*Qualifications*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the state bar association and good standing.
* Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* A commitment to upholding ethical standards in all legal practices.
