Responsibilities:
- Oversee general litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary documents.
- Prepare witnesses and present motions in court.
- Cultivate client relationships while managing multiple cases.
- Collaborate on case strategies and participate in settlement negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
