Small, boutique litigation firm seeks associate attorney with 5 to 8 years of experience to handle the defense of medical malpractice litigation matters in its downtown San Diego office. Job duties will include all areas of litigation management: depositions, written discovery, expert discovery, and law and motion work. Salary is commensurate with experience.
