Active bar membership in Illinois or Minnesota. Demonstrated experience handling depositions, including taking and defending them. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment Preferred qualifications include litigation experience, appellate work, or a judicial clerkship.
