The ideal candidate will have a passion for the law and a strong desire to advocate for clients in various legal matters. No experience in bankruptcy is required- we will train.\*Responsibilities\*- Review bankruptcy petition and schedules and file with the court- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations- Assist in case preparation and management- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases\*Requirements\*- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admission to the state bar association- Good communication skills- Ability to think analyticallyJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $84,183.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Paid time offWork Location: In person
