New Gig Solutions has partnered with a respected Las Vegas law firm focused on bankruptcy, business litigation, and real estate law to help identify their next Associate Attorney.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative firm where you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple practice areas, receive direct mentorship from experienced partners, and make meaningful court appearances early in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Support partners with cases involving bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and real estate matters

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and contracts

• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active member of the Nevada Bar (preferred) — candidates licensed in another state who are open to sitting for the Nevada Bar will also be considered

• 1–3 years of private practice experience

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $145,000, commensurate with experience

• Annual performance-based bonus

• Onsite role based in the Las Vegas Valley
