Associate Attorney - Personal Injury
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in representing clients in personal injury cases and contribute to all aspects of litigation. DTLA, Irvine. Riverside and other locations available throughout the state. Remote or on-site available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution
 - Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and briefs
 - Represent clients in court and during depositions
 - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
 - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
 - Maintain client communication and provide updates on case progress
 - Stay current on relevant laws and regulations in personal injury litigation
 
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
 - Active membership in the state bar association
 - 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
 - Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures
 - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
 - Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
 - Trial experience is a plus
