Associate Attorney - Special Education Experience Required This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced (4+ years) Special Education Attorney position at Guercio & Guercio, LLP located in Farmingdale, NY. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and assisting with active cases in administrative proceedings, state court, and federal court, including impartial hearings, student suspension hearings, and appeals to the State Review Officer. Special education experience is required.
