Key responsibilities
- Real estate: Assist in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, title and survey reviews, and conducting due diligence.
- Contracts and leases: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business contracts, commercial leases, and other related agreements for clients.
- Corporate and business formation: Counsel clients on entity formation (LLCs, corporations, etc.), corporate governance, and compliance matters.
- Business litigation: Support the litigation team by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions, and assisting in all phases of the litigation process.
- Client communication: Interact directly with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and manage expectations under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- Legal research and writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare memorandums, reports, and other legal documents to support cases and transactions.
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Relevant experience in civil litigation, real estate, or corporate law.
